Long Biography

Hari Kalymnios is a coach, speaker and trainer on resilience, mindset, self-leadership and how to feel SUPERHUMAN. After spending over a decade working in the city for Accenture and The London Stock Exchange, Hari now helps people to discover how to be the best leaders they can be. First, by becoming the best self-leaders they can be from optimising themselves mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Hari is the author of the book The Thought Gym: Train The Mind and The Body Will Follow and works with both companies and individuals in London and internationally to help them become superhuman leaders.

Career/Work

In 2010 I found myself facing my third redundancy of my career. Not knowing what to do, I embarked on a new journey to learn more about myself and the world and started to shift my paradigm on a number of things. I started contracting while setting up a coaching business, as well as online, writing a book and starting to deliver workshops, talks and retreats on mindset, resilience, high performance, habits, belief change, health, nutrition, yoga and more.

Health

After seeing some amazing people twice my age with the energy of two year olds, I became curious on what it took to really be healthy. This led me on a journey to discover that what we have been taught might turn out to be false. As I started down “the rabbit hole” I found new energy, health and vitality that I’d never had before. Improving my focus, productivity, relationships, attitude.

Nutrition

I have studied nutrition ferociously for the last 6 years and become an expert in the topic. Dramatically changing my diet in the time and finding better health as a result. I have also developed an inclusive, simple, effective principle-led approach to eating called PANLO 80/20 which promises better health for those that follow it.

Physical Activity

I have been an avid movement follower for the last 30 year. Trying all manner of activities out from Karate, Judeo and Taekwondo to football, basketball and badminton. Running marathons, triathlons and cycling through Europe on multiple occasions. I’ve climbed Machu Piccho, Mt Kilimanjaro and Everest Base Camp. I’ve studied as a yoga teacher and teach whenever I can a creative flowing and challenging form of yoga called Budokon.
