Remember that every tab must be approached like a one page CV. People may only look at one tab on your profile. Make each tab incredible. Even if you are new to coaching and running workshops add this tab and explain that your new fresh talent and back up your work with video testimonials. Be the hot new coach on the scene. Don’t be afraid to be the new gamechanger and fresh new talent in your genre. Your honesty will enable you to grow your profile and business.

For our more experienced members this is your chance to showcase your authority and demonstrate your value for those high ticket price opportunities.

Bookers and talent scouts are going to go to the tab that is relevant to the services that they need. Do not worry about repeating information, text, photos, video on multiple tabs. Make each tab the best you can.

Never leave a text box blank – Always write N/A or Coming Soon. Fill out your profile fully.

In the “Coach and Facilitator” tab you have the following options to fill out

Section 1

       Synopsis – Here write a short introduction that explains your area of expertise as a coach and facilitator. This should include your industry area /  topic and the pain / problem that you solve. People like professional headlines,  tag lines and key words.

Stuart Ross is one of the UK’s leading business coaches and the coach who supported Gamechanger Casting founder Claire Anstey from concept to launch. His synopsis is a great example, please see it below.

       Experience Level – We created this platform to help you grow no matter what experience you have. Be honest with your experience in this tick option. You will be surprised who is looking for new talent. Remember that people always need people to do things for free or low budget this is how you gain your experience. And for all our experienced members this makes sure that you are not hounded by offered that are low paid when you only are available for high ticket bookings and events. Your experience level does not show on your profile. We want people to choose people via their knowledge, talent and personality. The data in this section is used for the search filters and will enable people to find  the right candidates efficiently. You can update your experience level as you grow.

      Specialist Topics – What makes your expertise so specialist and bespoke to you? What exactly do you do. Here you can elaborate on the tag lines and professional headline you used in your synopsis. You may wish to list your special topics and expertise so that it is easy to read.

It is also good to list here the programmes and types of services that you offer. This will give people a clear idea of what they can purchase from you and book you for. Often people don’t know that they want or need something until they see it. Don’t be afraid to spoon feed people a little here.

Niche is best, do not be afraid of your focus.  You may wish to keep updating this section to make it news worthy and relative to whats happening in the world / seasons etc. We have more guidance on this in our blog and academy.

        Coach & Facilitator Experience –  Write a small paragraph for each of the “Available For” options you selected. Refer to Claire Anstey’s example profile to see how it should be done.

        Recent Credits –  Give evidence of what you have done and where you have already been seen. Previous work gives you authority, and gives bookers peace of mind that you will provide quality content. If you have no gigs or credits yet you must collaborate on this platform and create experience. This is why we set up the collaborate section in this platform. Even the biggest names collaborate and JV to create. Create a quick fire list of your gigs and credits in this text box – something in list form is easier to read and people will be going fast through the profiles. Again refer to Claire Anstey’s example profile to see how it should be done.

         Qualifications & Awards –  List your relevant qualifications and any awards that you have received. As a coach your qualifications may be based more on experience than course titles, list these life challenges and triumphs here instead. Do not leave this blank, write “coming soon” until you have content to fill the space.

         Testimonials –  Add any testimonials that praise your coaching or facilitation work. Show your impact and results. You can also direct people to video testimonials that you can add to the video galley in this tab. Ask your clients for testimonials to showcase the effect you make and the knowledge you provide. Testimonials help to prove your valuable. Again if your starting out collaborate and offer yourself for free in exchange for written and video testimonials. You can also screen grab emails and text testimonials and add them into your image gallery. Do not leave this space blank, testimonials add a level of trust, write “coming soon” until you get the content and add it to the text box.

         Other Information – Here you can add any other relevant information. Do not leave this space blank if you have nothing to add just put N/A

Video Gallery –  Here you add your showreels and examples of you facilitating. Next time you coach or facilitate get someone to film you in action.  Show people what you do. Show people that you know how teach and hold the space for your one on one client or room of clients.  Wether you have years of experience or just starting out evidence is key. Prove what you do, get clients to do video testimonials and show clips of your social media coaching videos or online products.

Have a look at www.fiverr.com for cheap video informercials and intros that you could use to showcase your coaching & facilitation topics, branding and impact. A short intro video that showcases your logo is a nice way to add engagement to your profile.

Image Gallery –  Add pictures of you in action to give evidence of your experience. Add the logos of the companies that you have worked for. By having the company logos on your profile you add weight to your authority as a industry expert and leader.

PDF Gallery – You may wish to add here any artwork or workshop sheets that you use. Remember that once you add them to your profile you are giving them away to anyone who wants them, but it is a good way to show the level and standard of your work. You should be giving away lots of content for free via your social media and

Have a look at www.fiverr.com  or www.canva.com for artwork that you could use to showcase your coaching & facilitation topics, branding and impact. Infographics are a great way to explain your methods, you can make your own on Canva or hire someone for a small price on Fiverr.com. There are lots of websites and apps that you can use to create promotional media, this is just a example of two. Ask around and do your research to find out what works best for your needs.
